Overview
Our Flower Potency Package is best for farmers or cultivators who want to showcase the potency of their product. Cannabinoid and terpene profiles are considered the primary measure of potency, as both compounds are believed to play a significant role in the psychological effects of hemp. This package contains both profiles, and will reveal the presence and concentrations of up to 19 different cannabinoids and 22 terpenoids.
Why would I need this test?
While a cannabinoid profile is required by the federal government to ensure compliance with the strict 0.3 % THC cannabinoid limit, terpenes are not. However, terpenes play a vital role in how a hemp product tastes, smells, and how it affects humans overall. They are also thought to have their own potential medicinal properties. Having a robust terpene profile in addition to a cannabinoid profile adds value to a hemp crop.
