Overview
This test will screen products for mycotoxins, which can be harmful to human health. The analysis will provide the exact presence and concentration of each mycotoxin detected. The presence of any toxin must be shown to be below the allowable limit of 20 micrograms per kilogram of material.
Why would I need this test?
Certain organisms that may be present or become present during cultivation or storage of hemp can release toxins as a reaction to heat or other perceived threats. Screening all hemp products for these toxins ensures their presence is below a threshold that is safe for consumption.
